Man Holding Champagne

Gladstone Small,

Ambassador for Cricket

At just 14, Gladstone Small left his home in Barbados and went on to represent Warwickshire CCC for two decades. He also played for England in two World Cups and was part of the victorious 1986-87 Ashes Series team.

Gladstone was a huge fan favourite and a team player both on and off the pitch, taking his skills to the sand as he championed England’s Beach Cricket. As well as holding the role of Director of the Professional Cricketers Association.

Gladstone states with a rueful smile “I am a huge fan of all sports… Now with a particular love of golf, as it’s the only one I can still maintain!”.

It is this passion for the game and personality with the fans that creates such a fantastic relationship with hasta. Our aim is to provide all guests with the most engaging and thrilling experience possible, both at our home in The Kia Oval and beyond, all the way through 2023 and beyond.

“I am delighted to be joining the hasta World team as their cricket ambassador, and there’s no bigger stage than the Ashes series to announce our exuberant style to the cricket hospitality arena”
