Eddie has coached three different nations to Rugby World Cup Finals and knows what it takes to lead and manage high performance teams.
Eddie will discuss what it takes to be a leader in a high performance, high pressure environment and how these lessons from sport can be applied to every walk of life. Eddie has been head coach of the England national team since 2015. He has won two Six Nations trophies and led England to the 2019 World Cup final. He took Australia to the 2003 World Cup final and masterminded Japan’s famous victory over South Africa in 2015 – one of the biggest upsets in the history of rugby. Eddie was also the assistant coach for South Africa when they won the 2007 World Cup.
