What to expect
George is one of the most successful Welsh rugby players to date with 102 international caps, two Grand Slams, a Premiership title and two British and Irish Lions tours to his name. George has broken multiple records during his career; he became the first teenager to reach 10 Test tries. His tries at the 2011 Rugby World Cup made him the youngest try scorer at a World Cup and he is also the current record holder for the most tries in international rugby for an active rugby player.
Francois is a recently retired World Cup winning Springbok flanker with 76 international caps under his belt and was one of the most respected forwards in world rugby. Since retiring from rugby, Francois has pursued a career in finance having qualified as a financial advisor with the London Institute of Banking and Finance. Louw will give insight on the transition from professional sport into the corporate world and share how he uses his experiences from being an elite athlete in this arena.
Kruis is a 3-time European Champion with 4 premiership titles, 45 international caps, a Grand Slam and 3 British and Irish Lions tests to his name. George’s success in Europe has recently been complimented by a highly successful year in Japan having recently won the Top League with the Panasonic Wild Knights. Kruis has co-founded his own nutrition company fourfive with former Saracens team mate Dominic Day after identifying a gap in the market for an athlete focused health and wellness brand.
Kelly is a former Scotland captain with 64 international caps to his name and a highly successful 10 year playing career with Saracens helping them to three Premiership titles, two Champions Cup and an Anglo-Welsh Cup. Kelly has a stammer and his glittering career in rugby has led him to be a role model for so many who stammer. Kelly has learnt to use breathing techniques to assist him in public speaking and will share how breath-work in general can be so powerful.
