George North

George is one of the most successful Welsh rugby players to date with 102 international caps, two Grand Slams, a Premiership title and two British and Irish Lions tours to his name. George has broken multiple records during his career; he became the first teenager to reach 10 Test tries. His tries at the 2011 Rugby World Cup made him the youngest try scorer at a World Cup and he is also the current record holder for the most tries in international rugby for an active rugby player.

Danny Care

Danny has an impressive 84 caps for England and recently won the Aviva premiership with Harlequins for the second time. Danny is a sniping scrum-half who is dangerous in open play and quick on the break and has been integral to numerous spectacular wins for both England and Harlequins, narrowly missing out on selection for this year’s Lions tour. Danny will share his insight on how to overcome adversity in everyday life through his own experiences both on and off the rugby pitch.

Kelly Brown

Kelly is a former Scotland captain with 64 international caps to his name and a highly successful 10 year playing career with Saracens helping them to three Premiership titles, two Champions Cup and an Anglo-Welsh Cup. Kelly has learnt to use breathing techniques to assist him in public speaking and will share how breath-work in general can be so powerful.
