AUGUST 3, 2023: LONDON. Pitchside Hospitality, formerly known as D&G Group founded by David Nash and Glen Nash, has acquired Hasta World’s hospitality business, in a seven-figure deal.

Hasta World, which has been in operation since 2020, and counts Cheltenham, Ascot, Henley and The Oval within its portfolio, will move under the Pitchside brand from August. Hasta World CEO David Lawlor will move across to become Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Pitchside and oversee the hospitality sales operation, which will include the existing sales team at Hasta.

The acquisition marks another step forward for Pitchside Hospitality, which recently announced a major five-year deal with the PDC for the Paddy Power Darts World Championship, as it continues to expand its VIP hospitality and corporate events offer within the UK and Europe.
