Geech will be joining us to discuss his remarkable career, first as a Scotland and British & Irish Lions player and then as Head Coach of the Lions on four separate tours, as well as being a former coach of Scotland, Northampton, Wasps and Bath.

Sir Ian McGeechan will discuss team building, leadership and creating effective teamwork strategies. He directly relates his experience to the British and Irish Lions, and will give fascinating insight into the creation of the Lions’ brand and how they are now one of the biggest names in sport.
